Support for SSH with LFS
If you have remote set to SSH at the moment LFS client will automatically fall back to HTTPS.
Would be nice that GitLab sends response to the LFS client with download/upload hypermedia.
Will require changes in gitlab-shell and GitLab. Possibly in GitLab-workhorse.
