Inconsistent location of members page between groups and projects
Problem
When trying to find out who the members of a group are, there is inconsistency between project and group settings. To find a project’s members: Settings -> Members. To find a group’s members: just click Members. Subsequently, some users initially went to Edit Group (group settings) in order to complete this task.
Having “Members” within “Settings” can confuse users that don't have project administration permissions. For them, looking inside “Settings” for a members list is odd since they can't actually configure/set anything on that project. Also, seeing “Settings” (which only has the item “Members” within), users might get confused and guess that's where they can set their project-specific preferences.

For projects, remove “Members” from within “Settings” and place “Members” as a top-level nav item, between “Snippets” and “Settings”:
