Feature request: Manage attachments under projects

We can clean up respotisories using house cleaning, but who knows who's uploaded what? What's useful and what images are taking up space for no good reason (any more?)?

Can I request a attachment manager in AdminCP or something under a project so you can view and delete attachments you don't want/need anymore?
