## Summary We ran out of build minutes (2000) and bought some more minutes in order to be able to keep running our jobs. However, after buying the additional minutes, jobs are stuck at the 1st step. Looks like somehow the additional minutes that we bought are not being taken into account. We already canceled and re-triggered some jobs but the problem persists. ## Actual behavior Jobs are on pending state, even when runners are available and the quota of build minutes is not exceeded ## Expected behavior Jobs should start after buying additional minutes ## Relevant logs and/or screenshots    ## Environment description - Shared runners on gitlab.com
