gitlab 7.5.1 backup lists non-existent wikis as [SKIPPED]

Before 7.5.1, non-existent wikis (I don't mean empty wikis, which have been initialized bit not initialized with git) were not listed during a backup. Existing but empty wikis (or projects) were marked as [SKIPPED]. With 7.5.1, all wikis are marked as [SKIPPED], even if they never existed. This makes it very difficult to see if the backup went ok, or if something was skipped that shouldn't have been.
