Steps to reproduce

Create webhook for Pipeline Event and go CI/CD -> Pipeline tab.And delete any of the existing pipeline.

webhook is not getting triggered when the pipeline deleted

What is the expected correct behavior?

webhook has to trigger a give your when the pipeline deleted with pipeline Id, Project Id
