Page "Application" uses only English language

Summary

I set the Russian language in my profile. And when a open https://url/profile/applications page, lang of this page is English for all strings.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the settings -> Preferences.
2. Change your language from English to any other language
3. Save and open any other page to see changes. Everything works
4. Open settings -> Applications
5. The whole page is in English

What is the current bug behavior?

When you open settings -> Applications, it shows page in english even you changed it into another language

What is the expected correct behavior?

Page "Applications" in Profile Settings should use language you choosed in settings
