Private Project count on Public Group

Summary

The group project count for private projects for logged in users is the same as users not logged in. See attached screenshots.

I'm not certain if that is by design or not but I personally feel the count (when not logged in or a public user) should reflect the number of projects the active user can see.

Quick search didn't net this a known issue.

Steps to reproduce

View Public groups with some projects private while logged in and not logged in.

Example Project

What is the current bug behavior?

You see the total count for all project in the group even if they are not public.

What is the expected correct behavior?

I personally feel you should only see the count for projects in a group that are visible to the logged-in user.

Possible fixes

Not certain this is a bug or intended behavior but I thought I would bring it to the attention of the community.

If how it is is the intended functionality, please disregard. I'm ok either way but just thought this should be brought to someones attention.
