Typo in new user tour

This is for a new user who has just signed up for a gitlab.com account.

Further details

• Everyone loves GitLab and it is good to see gitlab.com ascending as a contender in the GitHub/BitBucket space. I don't want its first impressions tarnished by typos in the tour that guides new users.

Proposal

1. Simple typo correction (spell "uese" as "use" instead).
2. Updating every locale file referring to that msgid
