All merge requests show opened by the same user

As the title suggests, despite a handful of different users pushing code and triggering the pipeline that automatically generates merge requests, the merge requests all show that they were opened by one specific user.

I suspect it's because this user was the one that initially setup the pipeline configuration but is there anyway to change this? It's confusing to have all merge requests come from one user when in fact numerous different developers are pushing code / triggering pipelines.
