Keyboard shortcuts for "jump to first/next unresolved thread"

Finding and clicking the "jump to first/next unresolved thread" buttons is slow and cumbersome.

Add keyboard shortcuts for "jump to first unresolved thread":
and "jump to next unresolved thread"
Something worth discussing is whether these two actions should have separate keyboard shortcuts or if they can/should be combined into a single keyboard shortcut.
Further details
In order to support "jump to next unresolved thread", we will probably need to implement a universal "jump to next unresolved thread button", which has been proposed in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/63838.
