Multiple suggestion iterations in a single thread do not seem to work

There seems to be a problem with using suggestions to apply multiple iterations on the same line.

To reproduce:

1. Create a suggestion on a specific line
2. Apply it
3. In the same thread, create a new suggestion for the same line

What you will find is that the source text is still the original (not the first applied suggestion) and further that there doesn't seem to be an apply button.
