CC @axil about whitelisting URLs that don't want to land on "latest".

I'd say it's ok not pointing to latest as long as the versions don't change frequently? I don't know

I guess either whitelisting or hardcoding a version is some config that needs changing at some point.

I vote whitelisting, because we can put in the whitelist config a comment linking to this issue etc.

Happy if others argue that pointing to a moving docs version is worse :)

@axil @eread How would we whitelist this? I can't find where this would be done in the docs project...

@eread, for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/30442#note_189610538, the ? is needed, as evidenced by this current error:
