Provide information about a runners build queue

In order to find if a runner's labels are under-provisioned I would like to see a list of future (and past) jobs.

This would also be very useful to find if a particular job is always failing on certain runners (for example, if a shell runner is set up incorrectly)

The history part of this could be visualised as a 'previous jobs' section on the runners detail page - displaying previous jobs a runner has completed.

The future builds would may be better visualised with more filtering options on the existing builds page?
