Cannot dismiss "Suggest changes directly" hint in MR diff comment

We have a new helpful hint telling users about the "suggest changes" feature, but it appears to overstay its welcome a bit.

This bug appears for me in Safari 12 on gitlab.com (current HEAD d56096df9a5).
