Issue created through a board's "+" button disappears

Summary

When adding an issue through a Board's "+" button, if that issue is detected as spam, no captcha appears and the issue just disappears.

Steps to reproduce

On any board, click the "+" button and try to add an issue that is detected as spam (for me "USB Driver" is consistently detected as spam)

What is the current bug behavior?

Issue is not created and disappears from the board after a short time.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Some kind of captcha should appear, like when creating the issue in the issues list.
