Make AWS S3 Object Storage compatible with Oracle Data Cloud
This is mostly a fog-aws issue (https://github.com/fog/fog-aws/issues/523), but I'm creating this issue to track work we can do to make Oracle Data Cloud compatible with fog-aws.
There are test credentials in the Team vault under Oracle Data Cloud S3 test account.
