Admin Area's *Runners* page is confusing with use of *State* and *Type*

Summary

When you navigate to the Admin Area's Runners page, it states "Each Runner can be in one of the following states:", then provides a glossary of the possible states. However, in the runners list, the first column is titled "Type", not "States". Also confusing is that in my local GDK instance, a Runner instance I installed has both type Shared and Locked. The fact that this Runner has two states/types conflicts with the text "...one of the following states".

Steps to reproduce

  1. In the GitLab UI, go to Admin Area > Overview > Runners

Read through the glossary of Runner states.
