last update & last commit is Loading commit data... is loop

I installed the version of Gitlab 11.11 on an on-premises server (CentOS 7).

I created a project and committed it, but the last modification time and the last commit information are looping in loading

Given the fact that the readme in TopDirectory can be displayed correctly, there may be a problem with the processing of double-byte characters.

Is this a bug?
