Diff highlighting not shown in Web IDE staging interface

Summary

There is no diff highlighting shown in the Web IDE staging interface. This makes it very difficult to work out what has changed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a repo in the Web IDE
  2. Change a file
  3. Notice that no diff highlighting is shown in the staging interfacce

Diff highlighting should be shown
