Steps to reproduce

1. Open https://gitlab.com/-/ide/project/yoginth/gitlab-web-terminal/edit/master/-/ (if Admin)
2. The WebIDE will not load because there is no project with that URL

What is the current bug behavior?

The WebIDE is not redirecting to the changed URL

What is the expected correct behavior?
