Packaging issue for Ubuntu 14.04

On our private CE installation, we have this:

If we try to

apt-get update
apt-get install gitlab-ce

we get:

gitlab-ce is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 269 not upgraded.

We are running Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty.

Was Ubuntu 14.04 packaging support discontinued?
