Missing padding next to time windows dropdown on metrics dashboard

Summary

The environments and time windows dropdown on the metrics dashboard do no have margin or padding between. The original design for the time windows dropdown in the upper right corner, now where the New Metric button is.

We should either add padding or reconsider the design.

Below, see the "Show last" text touching the environments dropdown.

Steps to reproduce

1. On either CE or EE, setup prometheus
2. Navigate to the metrics dashboard for a deployed environment.
3. See the lack of a gap!
