9 errors prohibited this user from being saved

I have read the doc at run-the-image, but when I visit the website, it always gives an error note "9 errors prohibited this user from being saved", I cannot sign in and change password, I searched in google and tried many methods, but it still doesn't work, can someone give me a help?
