Pipelines scheduled to run at 00:00 UTC did not trigger and the Next Run is showing 9 hrs ago (Time in the past).

What is the current bug behavior?

The scheduled pipelines did not trigger at the required time.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Pipelines should trigger and either fail or succeed and the next run should be a time in the future.
