Ref link is displayed as raw HTML on the pipeline page

Summary

Ref link is displayed as raw HTML on the pipeline page for "old" pipelines (like this (CE repo) or this (EE repo)).

IMPORTANT: I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the pipeline time creation. Because this pipeline was looking properly when I posted the original Slack message to start this discussion. But now (at the time of writing) it looks buggy.
