Instance configuration page shows outdated fingerprints

Summary

The fingerprints on /help/instance_configuration are not updated when reconfiguring.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Note the current fingerprints under /help/instance_configuration
  2. On the server, change/update/remove one of the keys under /etc/ssh
  3. Run gitlab-ctl reconfigure
  4. Refresh /help/instance_configuration
