Sidebar content alignment problems with expanding and collapsing via pressing "labels"

Summary

When viewing an issue- the content in the sidebar will become misaligned when collapses and expanded repeatedly using the labels icon/link (and perhaps others).

Steps to reproduce

Collapse and expand the sidebar within an issue by clicking the "labels" icon. After a few times (sometimes only 1 or 2) the alignment fails.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Expanding and collapsing the sidebar should not affect alignment of the content.
