Put a clone repo button in the "repository" view somewhere

It's super weird to have to click the "project" side-nav to find a clone repo button.

I expect it to be under "repository" somewhere, like it is for GitHub.

I forget where it is every time, and hunt for like a minute or two.

Solution

Add a Clone dropdown button (the dropdown is the same as in project overview) to the right of the download button in the repository view as illustrated below:
