Wrong error message when no projects are found

Summary

When a search filter matches no projects, the error message is always "This user doesn't have any personal projects", even if the user does in fact have personal projects.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have a personal project on gitlab.com
  2. Go to https://gitlab.com/explore?utf8=%E2%9C%93&name=x
  3. Observe the wrong error message

What is the current bug behavior?

Error Message "This user doesn't have any personal projects"

What is the expected correct behavior?

Error Message "No projects found"
