Similar to Ingress, Knative can occur additional costs. We should inform the user of this by including a note.

The same proposal as https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/56158 can be used here.

Solution

Show an informational alert when the user has not yet installed Knative that tells the user about potential costs:

Installing Knative may incur additional costs. Learn more about pricing

This alert is removed after Knative is installed.
