Milestone is not linked on boards page.

Summary

The milestone text is no longer linked when viewed in the board.

Steps to reproduce

[issue]

1. Go to a project board .../boards
2. Click a card so the sidebar appears.
3. Attempt to click the milestone, notice nothing happens and the text is not a link.

[expected similar behavior]

1. Now click the issue to go to the issue page.
2. Attempt to click the milestone.
3. Notice it is properly linked.

What is the current bug behavior?

Milestone is not linked properly.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The Milestone should be linked.
