Order labels alphabetically across GitLab

Problem

Labels can appear in different orders across issues.

Proposal

• Order labels alphabetically by title
• If the title has a number in it, those labels appear first in numerical order
• Capitalized labels appear before downcased labels, so UX would appear before ~feature
• If a label has any other character/emoji, those labels appear last

Description of the proposal

Currently the label are ordered by created date (see the screenshot).
So i would love it if the Labels always have the same order.
