Add pipeline status badge as a system note in issue via quick action

We like badges at readme, it would be great if we can add them easily to issue comment

Same way how I can add label to comment like ~Dev, it would be great to somehow add badge which would create link like this [](https://gitlab.com/group/project/commits/master) so result could look like on the screenshot.
