When deleting a user, confirmation should list affected repositories as part of the user "contributions"

When deleting a user, the affected repositories that may be deleted as a result/side effect should be alerted to the administrator.

Proposal

A simple bullet-list of of hyperlinked groups and/or repositories would be great, the admin should have visibility on any destructive change deleting the account may trigger.
