Repository Languages Bar Not Always Full

When less than 100% of the repository's code has a language known to GitLab, the language bar will not extend all the way and instead stop abruptly, as can be seen below:

Instead, the bar should always be filled to 100% if present, using an "Other" (or similar) language entry.
