Artifacts download impossible when pipelines page is reloaded via AJAX

Summary

Artifacts download impossible when pipelines page is reloaded via AJAX but work after a complete page reload.

Steps to reproduce

Just go on the pipelines page then click on the download artifacts button, then go on the finished tabs of the pipelines page and the download artifacts button is not working anymore.

What is the current bug behavior?

Impossible to download artifacts when clicking on the download artifacts button of pipelines page

What is the expected correct behavior?

We should be able to download artifacts even if the pages is reloaded via AJAX.
