We're seeing increased spam on GitLab.com.
To improve the situation:
- Looking into improving handling abuse reports: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/4667
- Autofill the abuse comment field: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/2838
- Enable Akismet: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/5612
