Google + API going to be disabled
Problem to solve
Recently Google announce that Google + API will be shut down on March 7, 2019 - https://developers.google.com/+/api-shutdown
Gitlab google oauth is using Google + API method plus.people.getOpenIdConnect and after March 7, 2019 google oauth will not work at all.
Target audience
That will affect all users that using Google + authentication
Could you please update the code for the new Google API changes.
