Search project tags via API
Problem to solve
We allow searching for projects by name in the Projects API, but we should consider expanding our support for other types of search criteria. One requested dimension is project tags, or returning all projects on an instance that match a specified tag.
Proposal
- Create a new endpoint in the projects API that returns projects matching a specified tag in the GET request.
- This endpoint can follow a very similar pattern to https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/projects.html#search-for-projects-by-name
