Include a quick way for users to see an issue detail from the 'expanded panel' on Boards
Problem to solve
Currently, there is only a single way for users to see the details of an issue in a Board view: by clicking the issue title in the issue board.
When selected, the issue card expands a right-sided panel that contains detailed information but there is no way to navigate to the issue title from there.
Proposal
Include a hyperlink to the issue page in the "issue title", displayed in the right-sided panel, so that users can quickly navigate to details.
