IP address of gitlab-runner is wrong in the runners description
Summary
when i register a gitlab-runner with the command gitlab-runner register the runner is register with wrong address IP we can't modify the address ip via the gillab ci setting .
Steps to reproduce
the first case is install gitalb runner on a hcp with a proxy i use the nix package of gitlab-runner the address of hpc is 129.88.xxx.xxx the proxy address is 195.220.8xx.xxx
the ip address in the gitlab ci for this runner is 152.77.66.130 !!!!
the second case is an laptop on ubuntu 16 i register a runner on gitlab his address is 152.77.159.12 the address of this runner shows in the giltlab is 152.77.66.138 !!
i don't explain this probleme and we can't change the wrong adress
