Cannot be merged automatically does not appear when rebase is needed

on the merge request list, an icon is supposed to appear when a merge request cannot be merged automatically ( eg : https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/39767#note_46704510 )

but it does not appear if the merge request needs to be rebased, the merge request status widget however correctly displays this status :
