Error while fetching deploy keys, when number of keys is large

In staging, we have around 600 deploy keys added and when I go to the Settings page, I get a Error getting deploy keys. Sounds like a performance issue. Maybe the fetch deploy keys call should be paginated. Also, all of the deploy keys are displayed as one long list. This could be broken into pages as well.
