404 when choosing C++ gitlab-ci.yml template

Summary

Can't find the C++ gitlab-ci.yml template.

Steps to reproduce

When using "New file" from the interface and choosing the template .gitlab-ci.yml and applying C++, it can't find it.

What is the current bug behavior?

It can't find the template and it searches forever.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should find the c++ template
