LDAP users can't choose Private or Internal when creating a new group.
Summary
An LDAP user can no longer choose Private or Internal when creating a new group. 'Public' is the only option.
This changed very recently. Possibly related to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/21115 ?
It's causing QA tests to fail because they expect to have to choose 'Public' but there's no radio button: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/nightly/issues/23
If an LDAP user does create a group as Public they're able to then go to the settings and change it to one of the other options.
Note: This only happens on recent builds as of today, not on GitLab.com
Steps to reproduce
- Log in as an LDAP user
- Create a new group
What is the current bug behavior?
The Private and Internal options don't appear, only Public is shown.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Able to select Private, Internal, or Public.
