newest issue board in free plan
Problem to solve
The early adopter plan was moved to the free plan. Apperantly the feature 'Issue boards' means one issue board. Now I have one issue board, the oldest one which I do not use and newest one that is actively used can not be accessed. If I can use just one, I want to use the newest (or most active) one instead (latest sprint).
Further details
Actively working on issue boards and now cut off due to the newest issue boards suddenly gives me a 404.
Proposal
Let the user with multiple issue boards choose which one he wants to have when multiple boards became a single board. Also in the feature list change "Issue boards" to "Single issue board (per project)" as the current phrasing is very confusing. You only make it that "Issue boards" means a single one because "multple" is listed somewhere else in the feature list. Now I am sort of forced to upgrade to get back my otherwise free data. I may be a bit greedy but I did not expect to suddenly loose my information which is bad harming my workflow now.
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
Offer backwards compatibility. It would have been more generous to leave existing issue boards intact and just limit users creating new issue boards when they don't have a plan that include it. Removing what is already there is very annoying and also looks unprofessional for my customer relation.
