Consider specially recognizing GitHub's web UI GPG key

I maintain a project on GitHub, and we mirror to GitLab here.

As such some commits authored in the GitHub web interface (and thus GPG-signed by GitHub's key) show up on GitLab, but these are marked as unverified. See an example on GitLab and the corresponding GitHub view.

I would imagine this would also be useful for project imports.
