Add progress animation when changing the sort order of projects for a group
Problem to solve
When landing on the group page (e.g. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org), an animated graphic appears while projects are loaded. However, when changing the sort order projects for a large group (e.g. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org), there's nothing on the UI to indicate progress.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
