Markdown footnotes don't render when inside a table...

Footnotes embedded inside a Markdown table do not get rendered with CommonMark. It works with RedCarpet.

For example¹:

A footnote in a paragraph[^1]

| Column1   | Column2 |
| --------- | ------- |
| foot [^1] | note    |

Note that the footnote superscript is not shown in the table.
